Terms of Service

By using Mailing Bot ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Mailing Bot is a B2B email automation tool delivered as a Telegram Mini App. It allows you to compose, schedule, and send emails through your connected Gmail account.

You authenticate via Telegram. To send emails, you must connect a Google account through OAuth and grant the gmail.send permission. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram and Google accounts secure.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware or phishing content.
• Exceed reasonable sending volumes that could impair the Service for others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service's use of Google API data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

All rights in the Service (code, design, branding) remain with the operator. You retain ownership of the content you create and send through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account and leaving the Telegram Mini App. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
